Talent Cards are an effective tool and resource for direct care staff to access critical information instantly without any delay. These cards are packed with useful on-the-job information and may be downloaded, searched, shared, and memorized. Please keep an eye out for updates, Talent Cards are constantly being created with new and useful information for all direct care staff to utilize! Topics will be covered in an average of 30-40 occurrences or suggestions and will be easily accessible to direct care workers either through their mobile device through an app or accessed online though their personal computer. If a selected topic is important enough, there could be potential for a series of cards slated for production. This determination will also be based on the feedback of individuals using and testing the talent card decks.
